The entire property is designed for enjoying the wonderful Costa Rican weather. Your private, walled-in yard is a tropical paradise featuring:
• Private Pool: A full-sized swimming pool with a shallow area perfect for easy entry or for little ones to splash around.
• Al Fresco Dining: An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, bar seating, and nearby lounge furniture for enjoying meals outdoors.
• Relax & Unwind: A covered lounge area with hammocks, comfortable bench seating, ceiling fans, and the gentle sound of a water fountain.

Indoor Comfort & Style:

The property consists of two separate, identical units, each offering:
• Bedrooms: A master bedroom with a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed. Both rooms have A/C, ceiling fans, and ample closet space.
• Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and a kitchen island with bar stools.
• Living & Dining: An open-plan space with a dining table for four and a cozy living area with a sofa and a Smart TV.
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms per unit, featuring modern copper vanities and luxurious walk-in rain showers.

Work, Play & Family:

• Remote Work Ready: High-speed Wi-Fi (325MBPS/15MBPS) and dedicated workspace areas allow
you to stay productive.
• Family-Friendly: We provide a crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, and board games.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire Casa Daniel property. This includes both duplex units, the private walled-in yard, the full-sized swimming pool, and the outdoor kitchen and lounge area.

You will be provided with keys and a remote for the secure main gate for complete privacy and ease of access throughout your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations will incur a $50 fee to cover credit card processing fees charged to us for the refund

You are not renting a house that someone else lives in, our homes are purpose-fit for vacations, remote workers and sabbaticals. Our goal is to provide a home rental experience that helps our guests easily disengage from their normal routines. To achieve this, we have a team on the ground in Playa Potrero to take care of your during your stay lead by Lis Garcia who will handle your check-in, manage cleaning and repairs, and make reservations on your behalf.
